Reebok Basquiat Untitled

Jean-Michel Basquiat is what inspired these sneakers designs, accents, and artwork. If you haven’t heard of J-M Basquiat then shame on you, as the artist was one of the best, growing from a graffiti artist in New York City, to one of the best artist ever known. Sadly the painter had died on August 12th, 1988, at the age of 28. When we see paintings now, we can see the influence that J-M Basquiat has had on these new and young artist and or painters.
Here we have a look at a runners which Basquiat has had done work on. The sneaker features a green leather all around the sneaker, making it basically a single-toned sneaker. Although green leather was applied on many places you can find a hint of gold throughout the entire sneaker, giving the sneaker a weird yet tasteful look. Although all that may sound nice what grabs our attention is the scripts found on the mid-sole and heel. If you check on the tongue you can find the word Basquiat, which we feel tops off the sneaker. Take a closer look at the sneaker after the jump.
