Seems like Nike never stops working to impress us. This time they create a sneaker which is for the women only. The Nike Womens Dunk Hi - Purple/Red looks like a great cop especially since the color way seems like something that may match a lot of the women attire. The shoe consist of mostly leather, along with a touch of wool which is located on the middle of the shoe with the Nike swoosh. I think the women are going to love the red they used on the shoe laces and the toe because it just meshes really well with the shoe. They are available now at Mita and are going for $145. I have to say black and purple is one of the top colorways that can make a shoe is used correctly. These are the Nike Dunk High SB - Heavens Gate Samples which where scheduled to be releasing this fall but due to some controversy will not be releasing anymore. The Heavens Gate name is in reference to the San Diego based religious cult which was led by Marshall Applewhite and Bonnie Nettles. The 39 group members ended up committing suicide wearing black t-shirts, sweat pants and brand new black and white Nike Cortezs so you can see why this caused some controversy. The three colorways include red, green and black which all feature a gradient from white to either red, green or black. Here we present to you Nikes newest release the Nike Dunk High Black/White/Gum. The shoe consist of a leather toe box and then a nice suede on the mid and heel of the sneaker. What I like about these is the whole color effect going from a black to gray to white. The one thing I would change though is I would take out all the holes Nike put on the side of the sneaker. I know it provides more ventilation for your feet but I feel like they got a bit carried away. If you want to pick these up you can head over to Caliroots now and get your pair.
