TMZ harassing Kanye West like always had this time encountered a happier Mr.West. The paparazzi was able to get out of Kanye West that he will be releasing a Louis Vuitton Sneaker this coming June or heck it could even be a rumor that Kanye has us running around about. New York based brand Alife has teamed up once again with Reebok to create yet another new pack of sneakers. This pack consists of three new colorways for the following CL, a Ventilator, a Pro Legacy, and a Freestyle. The Alife x Reebok is a great looking pack and shouldn’t be passed on. Oh, do we have a special surprise for you. Nike Air Force 1 - All Star Game 2009. Using multiple materials on these sneakers, they also include a translucent sole. You can find material from nubuck, preforated leather, along with some patent leather. They also include an in-sole that has the words ” East ” and ” West “, along with some lace locks with the words ” East ” and ” West “. We have no release date as of yet but we’ll keep you notified when we get more information.
Newton Running is taking action by helping the environment with their new way of boxing a pair of running shoes. In past years brands such as Nike has taken the extra step in creating high quality boxes which serve in my mind no purpose, other than doing harm to the world we live in. Newton Running in the other hand thinks differently, with their 100% PCW pulp molded shoe box design, they have taking the first steps that many other brands should consider. Aside from the box, they also have stopped using the paper that covered the shoes and the stuffing for the shoes. Now they offer a pair of socks in one pair and a bag in the other. Props to you guys at Newton Running for doing such a great thing!
Here we have some nice Martin Margiela sneakers which will be releasing Spring of 2009. They include two types of sneaker models. The first is the Hi-Top model which I am kinda I must say isn’t the best one of the two. It does include a suede upper, along with a white and beige color way. The other is probably my favorite out of the two sneakers. The second sneaker includes a confetti design which I may say is pretty neat especially how they individually played each confetti on the sneaker. They used this design to celebrate there Anniversary. Although we did say it is available spring of 09′ these kicks are actually available now at Aloha Rag for $645.
Over the past couple of months we have presented you with a new line up of Air Force Ones that featured an all white base color with a red, green, blue toebox that had elephant print on it. I considered all of them to be pretty ugly but this pair isn’t so bad. These feature a black base color with a white elephant print of the toebox. Definitely a nicer pick up then the other pairs we shoes you and you can get them now at RPS.
A couple of days ago along the Palmetto Expressway appeared thousands of shoes laid out on the side of the road. Nobody knows where they came from but it took several hours just to push all the sneakers to the side so that traffic could begin to move again. There was everything from women’s to men’s shoes and I wonder if their was anything actually worth picking up . Well dump trucks eventually took all the shoes to an empty field in Miami Dade County where non profit organizations distributed the shoes to the lest fortunate. With much anticipation, these Nike Blazer Mid will finally be releasing this month. They’ll be two color ways releasing. The first is a nice gray base, along with a green Nike swoosh and laces. While the other has a black base, along with a tan Nike swoosh and laces. Both of these color ways will be releasing at Atmos this month so get ready to get your hands on these. With the new year comes new designs and accessories. BBC/Ice Cream has decided to show us some of what they’re releasing this year. They’re using a ” Waffle ” design which I must say may be a wierd design but it actually works. They designed a hand bag, sneakers, and a wallet to match all together. You can also find a dripping design included on the sneakers which is I guess syrup dripping on the side. BBC/Ice Cream are doing big things hopefully we see more people step up there game and introduce us to some obsurd yet nice looking gear this year.
Word is that the Nike Clogposites are set to be coming back sometime this year. I’m a big fan of the Nike Air Flightposites so these would definitely be nice for some around the house kicks but I wouldn’t be surprised if they start selling for just as much or slightly under Flightposite price. No price tag or release info yet but we will make sure to keep you posted.
